This program helps individuals install the high-performance behaviours required for upward movement in careers and developing a successful business. During this program, clients will learn to overcome procrastination, improve their ability to focus, and utilize world-class strategies for assisting memory.
The program runs for 6-weeks.
How The program will be conducted.
- I focus on your awareness of your current state of being. We will do several assessments of your character strengths, innate talents, character traits and you own ability to recognize your frustrations and problem-solving perspectives.
We will then develop your mental readiness to improve on yourself and build your own strategies for self-reliance.
Together, we will also be creating your Environment for Improvement, in the physical and digital space.
- We will create action-oriented behaviours where you engage in activities towards a real-life goal.
You will receive guidance on the maintenance of your high-performance behaviours.
I will also help you with Preventing Relapse into old behaviours that have kept you back.
What the program includes:
- Character Strength and talent assessments.
- Grit and Resilience Improvement.
- Helping you understand triggers that lead to procrastination.
- Focus and flow triggers.
- Video modules to refer to when you feel lost.
- Digital templates to track your progress and prompt you into action.
- 1 weekly Focus Call
- 3 weekly support calls to assist with maintenance of peak performance behaviours.
- Weekly tracking of goals to ensure you meet your objectives.
- Be part of a world-class community that will support you on your development.
If you don’t see improvement in your behavioural change after 6 weeks after following my instructions, I will work with you for another month for free!
